In case you don’t remember, this is the first stop our guild’s calender challenge quilts will take, on a national tour.
This will also be the first chance for people to see our guild’s 2014 calenders. These will be sale for $10 each in the Chicago MQG booth at the show. We’ll also have them available for sale at the guild meeting this weekend (Sunday Nov. 17). So be sure to bring your money if you’re hoping to snag one of these beauties!

Don’t forget that Sunday is our November guild meeting, we’ll be talking about our favorite tips, tools, and supplies — bring your favorite and we’ll share our ideas! We’ll also be discussing whether to join the Modern Quilt Guild, this vote will be discussed at length – bring any questions you might have (also feel free to pipe in over on BigTent – there’s a discussion going there too). The official voting process will be explained at the meeting.
Finally we’ll hold the lottery for Sara Lawson’s workshop at Sunday’s meeting. If you wish to attend the meeting bring your cash or check in an envelope with your name on it. For more details read this post.
