We have been working hard behind the scenes to gather all the important information regarding our upcoming International Quilt Festival challenge. We know you’re excited to get started on this challenge, so here are the details!
This challenge will be open to members of the Chicago MQG, as well as other local Modern Quilt Guilds.
Quilts will be submitted electronically by the quilt maker, and if chosen, will be shown in an exhibition of modern quilts at International Quilt Festival Chicago 2015
Though we don’t have an exact date for submissions, plan on having your quilt finished and ready to be submitted no later than January 15th. The show will be March 26-28.
Now for the fun part. The theme of our exhibit this year is a modern take on the friendship star. Your quilt submission should have one side measure at 36″
