Just a quick reminder for those who signed up to swap with Ann Arbor Modern Quilt Guild that the mini quilts are due at this month’s meeting on August 16. If you can’t make the meeting, please make arrangements with another member to bring it to the meeting for you, or contact Amy (astruckmeyer@gmail.com) to coordinate a way to drop it off prior to the August meeting!· And, if you’ve already turned in your quilt, thanks!
Please bring your mini quilt unwrapped, with a note for your partner pinned to the back.
We’ll show and share at the meeting and then wrap the quilts in tissue for shipping.
We’ll receive our quilts from our Ann Arbor swap partners at the September meeting.
And here’s a quick reminder of the swap rules:
· Quilts should be no smaller than 10 inches on any side and no bigger than 24 inches on any side.
· Don’t let your partner know who you are! They will find out when they receive your quilt.
· Do good work. Make something you’d be happy to receive.
· No extras, please. Just your awesome mini quilt.
· Have fun!
