It’s that time of year again!
Below you’ll find the form for the 2016 Membership sign up and dues payment.
Please read the following instructions carefully before completing the form:
- Make sure to fill out all pages of the form – there are multiple pages to the form below; please click through all pages until you receive a pop-up message that your response has been recorded and/or you are redirected to PayPal’s secure site to submit your Credit Card or PayPal payment.
- This year there are multiple options of payment. Please follow the instructions on the form – all prospective and renewing members must fill out the form below regardless of payment type.
- If you choose to pay by check, you have the option to
- Mail your check to the Guild (address provided within the form, and {here})
- Bring your check to the November meeting (location and time {here})
- If you choose to pay by PayPal or Credit Card: the form will ask that you click a link to redirect you to the Guild’s secure PayPal site. **Please make sure to submit your payment on the redirect page, or your membership renewal will not be complete.**
- Note: You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. When re-directed to the PayPal site from the membership form below, you have the option of clicking “Pay by Credit Card” or “Pay with your PayPal Account”.
- The online payment process through the PayPal site is secure.
- The Guild is strongly encouraging people to pay electronically if possible. If you are not comfortable doing so, please be sure to send/bring your check to the Guild on or before the November 15 meeting.
