The first challenge for Project Modern has been posted over at TheModernQuiltGuild.com.

The task:  Make a quilt based on an inspiration of your choice and submit your inspiration, quilt, and explanation of why you chose your inspiration.

The judge: Valori Wells, fabric designer for Free Spirit, quilt book author, and co-owner of the Stitchin’ Post quilt shop in Sisters, Oregon.

The prizes, oh, the prizes:
