Chicago Modern Quilt Guild members host a sew-in — a drop-in opportunity to watch, hang out, and learn — for all skill levels.

Observe guild members working on their own quilts, try your hand at quilting basics, or work on your own project. Whether you’re starting with zero quilt knowledge or already have a project you’re working on, this sew-in provides a chance to watch quilters in action, hang out, make things together, connect with others, and get support learning and working through creative challenges.

Several sewing machines and hand-sewing materials will be provided, but participants are also invited to bring their in-progress projects.
